Description
Merlot is one of the three famous Bordeaux black varieties that gives good results everywhere in the world. This wine comes from the first plantation of this variety in Fruška Gora.
It is characterized by an incentive ruby colour, discrete aroma and fresh taste. Basic characteristics are softness and stable fruit taste which reminds at plum, roses and currant. Final is long and fruity. Wine has the potential to age.
Food pairing: It is recommended for roasted or dried meet, spicy and aromatic cheeses.
